- Contact details you submit through our forms: name, phone number, email address, and the service plan you're interested in.
- Credit information you choose to share with us after engagement: credit reports from CIBIL, Experian, Equifax or CRIF, and related loan or account documents. We never obtain your credit report without your explicit instruction.
- Usage data collected by Google Analytics/Ads tags (cookies, device and page-interaction data) used for measuring website performance and advertising conversions.
2. How we use it
We use your data solely to: respond to your enquiry; perform the credit audit and dispute services you engage us for; send you the guide or other material you explicitly request; and measure and improve our website. Only where necessary to deliver the service: credit bureaus and lenders (as part of dispute filings made on your instruction), and service providers that process form submissions and analytics on our behalf (Google). 7. Children
Our services are intended for persons aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
